Terms governing use of OnTrax.
Authorised users
The OnTrax admin console is restricted to authorised representatives of Ohzehn Group LTD and counsel engaged by Ohzehn Group LTD. Access to the admin console requires the administrator password. Unauthorised access is prohibited. The OnTrax signing page is accessible only to a licensee invited by email, via a unique HMAC-signed link valid for 30 days.
Acceptable use
Authorised admin users may use OnTrax to generate draft packets and send them for electronic signature in connection with the OHZEHN-TEX™ brand-licensing programme. Users may not:
- strip, redact or obscure the draft watermark or draft notices from any DRAFT output;
- distribute any DRAFT output as a finalised, executable instrument;
- cause any document produced by OnTrax to be executed without prior review by qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdictions; or
- submit licensee data that the user is not authorised to process under applicable privacy law.
Electronic signature
By following an OnTrax signing link, the recipient agrees to receive and execute the packet electronically under the US ESIGN Act of 2000 and applicable equivalent laws (UETA, EU eIDAS, UK Electronic Communications Act 2000, Hong Kong Electronic Transactions Ordinance Cap. 553, and the Australia Electronic Transactions Act 1999). The recipient must affirmatively check the ESIGN consent box, type their full legal name, and draw a signature before the system will record a signature. Signed packets are delivered by email to both parties and stored with a full audit record.
Audit logging
Every draft generation, signing invitation and signature event is recorded in an internal audit log including the licensee name, jurisdiction, tier, timestamp, signer name, signer email, signer IP, signer user agent, signature identifier, and the storage paths of the DRAFT and signed PDFs. The audit log is retained for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.
No warranty
OnTrax is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Ohzehn Group LTD does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of any document produced by OnTrax. Reliance on any output of OnTrax without independent legal review is at the user's sole risk.
Governing law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes arising out of use of OnTrax shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
